Timetable for artists 2013

Dear participant,

in the past we have asked the participating artists in the contests to join us for a meeting always in the mornings of the main days (Friday and Saturday) for a welcoming and the last instructions of the day.But every year most participatns are in a rush in the morning, do have to work out some issues or want simply more time to set up.

First time in 2012 we invited you for a meeting already on the day before, with we want to keep also in 2013. So, Thursday, 5 July at 7.00 pm we would like to welcome you and show you around in Bodypaint City. There would be enough time to answer all your questions and I can explain you the festival site. After that we go all together to the socialize event "pre.colours" with live music.

from 6.30 pm Arrival of participants at the registration office
Please be on time, we start at 7.00 pm
7.00 pm Site inspection of "Bodypaint City"
Explanation with Questions and Answers
8.00 pm Pre.Colours - Socialize evening with Live music

Show Highlights at the WBF 2013

Bodypainting Shows

Every day on the main evenings we present you breathtaking shows of the human body combined with colours lights. The stunning night contest for UV effects is on the Friday night program. Spectacular effects are guaranteed when 15 selected artists are going to tell you a story of colours, dance and music. The saturday gets explosive with a stunning bodypainting show after the main presentations and Sunday, the final day is just breathtaking and emotional.

Fashion Highlights

The cross over to styling and fashion is very close in the middle of an event that uses the body as an art object. So we have on the main days for example the fashion contest the "WBF couture award", Runway Shows or Body Art Fashion to name a few highlights.

The BossHoss, Stereo MCs many more

A big music line up is presented on main and side stages in "Bodypaint City" while the bodypainting artist paint their models throughout the day. Raggae, dancehall, balkan beat, pop, country as well as over 20 DJ acts at the Red Bull music tent ensure the right beat for the audience. Highlights this year are The BossHoss, Stereo MC's, DelaDap, Starboy & JGeeks, Offbeat Mafia and many more.
